By accessing or using BillBr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
BillBr provides an online invoice generator platform that includes GST-ready invoicing, PDF export, WhatsApp sharing, subscription management, and business analytics features.
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
We offer a free plan with limited invoices. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you purchase a subscription and use any part of it during that month, the subscription amount for that month will not be refunded. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all data you enter into the system. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GST laws. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your invoice data. We do not claim ownership over any data you submit to the platform. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
