How do I create my first invoice?
Click on "Create Invoice" from dashboard, add customer details, items with quantity & price, apply GST if needed, and click "Generate Invoice". You can then download PDF or share via WhatsApp.
What subscription plans does BillBr offer?
BillBr offers Free Plan (limited invoices), Pro Plan (unlimited invoices + GST), and Business Plan (team access + analytics). Check Pricing page for details.
What is BillBr's refund policy for subscriptions?
If you purchase a subscription and use any part of it during that month, the subscription amount for that month will not be refunded. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Can I add GST to my invoices?
Yes! BillBr supports CGST, SGST, and IGST. You can enable GST in invoice settings and enter your GSTIN. Tax will be auto-calculated based on your location.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscription Dashboard → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the current billing period ends. No refund for the remaining period if you've already used the service that month.
How do I share invoice via WhatsApp?
After generating invoice, click on "Share" button → Select WhatsApp → Choose contact or copy link. Invoice will be sent as PDF or image directly to your customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Bank Transfers. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Is my invoice data secure?
Yes! We use 256-bit SSL encryption and follow industry best practices. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
